I noticed in an online message that you were having trouble with a Dennis Goleman, who is the owner of an establishment called Chapman Motors. I am investigating a Chapman Motors in Lodi Ca. and wonder if these could be the same person, In Lodi he goes by the name of Dennis Jacopetti, who also sells vehicles on E-Bay and craigs list. He also uses the business name of Lodi Specialty Auto. If this is the same guy please forward me any information you have about him and I will attempt to help you in any way I can. If this is the same guy he is very unscrupulous.

Dear Las Vegas Court, I find it appalling that a terminally ill homeless person such as myself who was ripped off by a shady car dealership (Chapman Motors of CA & NV); sold a mold infested van when they knew my medical issues ( http://www.moldvideos.blogspot.com/ ) & got away with stealing $4,9000 + all the court fees, etc. How is it just that if I had the money to pay someone to stalk the two offending parties & personally serve them (pushing me far beyond the small claims limit, yet not enough money for a lawyer to even want to bother with taking the case) said summons seems to be the only way to appease the court? Why was I not warned by the court clerk I spoke with who mailed me the proper forms that mailing a summons is just about a useless joke of a waste of time if the seasoned criminals I am dealing with just simply refuse to sign off on the certified / return receipt mailing? I was basically told at your courts information / help center that most shysters simple laugh at certified summons mailings? If your court sent me a summons by mail for a felony, dodging the mailman would do me no good. They would send the Police out to track me down. Yet a career criminal with enough sage & money to evade a terminally ill homeless person without transportation can laugh all the way to the bank with the $5,000 they stole from me; silently mocking your court & justice itself with mere avoidance. I will mail both offending parties said summons.
